Frequently asked questions
Consistent attendance and punctual arrival are extremely important at this time and moving forward through recital. Some classes may require additional rehearsals to provide extra support with their routines. These rehearsals will be scheduled in advance, and you will be notified ahead of time. Please do your best to ensure your child or teen is able to participate.
All students are required to respect and abide by all of the studio rules and regulations pertaining to dress and procedures and they will be required to conduct themselves courteously in the studio and in all studio-related activities. No gum, candy, or pop is allowed in the studio. Water bottles are permitted.
Any student or observer cannot hold Art of Dance Studio responsible for personal injuries, property damage, or loss of property.
Students will be placed in a class based on their dance level. Enrollment of each class is limited to 15 students. If a student shows unusual progress during the year, she/he will be transferred to a more appropriate class. If we feel a student is not meeting the progress of the class, they will be moved to a class more suitable to their ability. Activities are planned to meet the requirements of each class as a whole.
TUTION: Please note, monthly dance tuition is due every first of the month, unless the first lands on a Friday or Sunday. If so, tuition is due on the next business day! Late tuition paid will incur a $25.00 late fee that will NOT be waived. No exceptions! APPLE PAY, cash App and SQUARE card, check / cash accepted!
Discipline is administered in a three-step procedure. The first time the student will be asked to pay better attention. The second time the student will be asked to sit down and observe until they are ready to act appropriately. The third time the student will be asked to exit the classroom and the parent will be notified. If misbehaving is a repeated problem, the student will be asked to not return to the studio.
